हक से बोलो पहली रोटी गाय की गाय को हमारे सनातन धर्म में बहुत बड़ा महत्व एवम् बड़ा स्थान दिया गया है , सनातन धर्म में गाय को माता कहा जाता है एवम् सबसे पवित्र माना गया है । वैसे तो प्रदेश में बहुत गौशालाए और कही कही तो नंदीशालाए भी खोली गई है जो की बहुत अच्छी बात है परंतु गौशालाओं को खोलने के बाद सबसे बड़ी बात इनका सुचारू रूप से संचालन करना है । आज बहुत सी गौशालाओं में गौ माता के लिये उचित खाने - पीने की व्यवस्थाओ , गर्मी में छाया एवम् सरदियों में सर्दी से बचाने के लिए अनियमितताए समय - समय पे सामने आती रही है । गौ सेवकों के लिए बड़े गर्व की बात है कि हमारे साधु - संत समाज के बहुत सारे साधु - संत गाय माता को राष्ट्रमाता बनाने के संकल्प को लेकर कार्य कर रहे है , परंतु यह संकल्प अलग - अलग , छोटे - छोटे हिस्सो में बटे होने के कारण संपूर्ण जागरूकता नहीं आ पा रही है , यदि सभी सनातन धर्म के गौ प्रेमी एक जगह एक साथ हमारी गाय माता को राष्ट्रमाता बनाने की दिशा में कार्य करे तो यह उपलब्धि बहुत ही कम समय में प्राप्त की जा सकती है । “ गौ पे “ सेवा संभव संस्थान की गौ - ग्रास योजना गौ प्रेमियों एवम् गौ सेवकों के लिए एक आशा की किरण साबित हो रही है , संस्थान ने इस योजना को कई हिस्सो में विभाजित किया है । संस्थान प्रथम चरण में पूरे भारत में 100
गौ ग्रास संग्रहण वाहनो का संचालन करने जा रही है । इसीप्रकार तीन चरणों में 1000 गौ ग्रास संग्रहण वाहनो का संचालन पूरे भारत में करने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है । गौ ग्रास संग्रहण वाहन पूर्ण रूप से इलेक्ट्रिक वाहन है , जो की केसरिया रंग से रंगा होगा , यह गौ संग्रहण वाहन घर - घर मोहल्ले मोहल्ले जा के गाय माता के लिये गौ ग्रास , हरि सब्जियां - फल इत्यादि एकत्रित करके नज़दीकी गौशालाओं तक पहुँचाने का कार्य किया जाएगा । इसी वर्ष पूरे उत्तर भारत में योजना का संचालन करने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है । संस्थान के गौ ग्रास योजना के संस्थापक भूपेन्द्र ने बताया कि गौ ग्रास योजना का संचालन राष्ट्र स्तर पर किया जा रहा है , इसमें हमारे सनातन धर्म के पूजनीय साधु - संतों , गौ सेवकों , गौ प्रेमियों सबका सहयोग एवम् आशीर्वाद लिया जा रहा है , सभी तन-मन से गौ सेवा के लिए आगे आ रहे है । 100 गौ ग्रास वाहनो के सफल संचालन के पश्चात् “ गौ वंश बचाओ , राष्ट्रमाता बनाओ “ जागरूकता यात्रा प्रथम चरण में सम्पूर्ण राजस्थान प्रदेश में निकली जाएगी , जिसमें 50 गौ संग्रहण वाहन , 400 साधु-संत , 500 गौ सेवकों का साथ एवम् सानिध्य रहेगा । यात्रा संपूर्ण राजस्थान प्रदेश की सभी 200 विधान सभाओं के सभी 200 विधायकों , 25 संसद क्षेत्रों के सभी सम्मानीय 25 सांसदों एवम् 50 जिलो के 50 जिला कैलेक्ट्रो को गाय माता को राष्ट्रमाता बनाने के लिए ज्ञापन देते हुए प्रथम चरम मैं राजस्थान फिर उत्तर भारत और फिर पूरे भारत में यात्रा निकाली जाएगी । संस्थान के राष्ट्रीय संगठन मंत्री चुन्नी लाल गाडरी ने बताया कि फाउंडेशन प्रदेश के प्रत्येक ज़िले में गौशाला एवम् नंदीशाला का संचालन करने की योजना भी बना रही है जो की विश्व स्तरीय सुविधाओं एवम् संसाधनों से युक्त होगी ।
